Mysore - Practice at your pace. Individual instruction is taught in small sequences that allow the student to learn at their capacity. Brand new and dedicated practitioners welcome. Class size is limited to twelve students.
Led Class - A led class for practitioners with some Ashtanga experience. Learn the Ashtanga practice of breath, bandha, dristi and posture sequence of Ashtanga Yoga's Primary Series. This class will develop to a full Primary Series practice at the learning threshold of the students.
Led Class/Mysore - Choose to participate in the Led Class or practice Mysore style if that suits you more!
Yin Yoga - This class is a complementary practice to the vigorous Ashtanga style. The emphasis is on practicing fewer postures and holding them in stillness for long periods of time to open the joints and deep tissues wrapping the muscles.
