Ashtanga and Vinyasa practitioners welcome

New student intake is open for the session - 3 spaces available


Practitioners move through their practice at the pace of their own breath. Guidance and support will be offered in class and also by email every week to help polish skills, develop depth safely, support injuries and increase strength and awareness. The Mysore Program is limited to 20 students to ensure everyone gets ample guidance, support and attention. 

 

Students are welcome to start practice between 5:00am and 6am. The practice ‘room’ will close at 6:45am.

Not an Ashtanga practitioner but you like the idea of Self-Practice? This unique program to support our vinyasa-loving friends as well, we love and welcome all styles of yogis! If you are interested, please email to discuss.

Sunday September 12 & October 3 Led Primary Series 8am-9:45am MST

Summer Session Fees: $110 plus GST

After being away from Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga for four years, I became curious whether it could be a good fit again.
