It’s true… I’m back teaching weekly classes!

This has been an amazing year of sabbatical for me. I rested, I traveled, I spent A LOT of time with my kids, I took (and am still taking!) some incredible courses to learn and meet other seekers. Now I am ready to be back exploring this journey of life through movement, meditation, breathing and chanting.

I can’t say the journey will be easy, but it will definitely be worth it!

Journey Yoga and Wellness

9:30am - 10:45am Ashtanga Elements

Enjoy journeys from the traditional Ashtanga series to focus on developing essential elements of the practice. Develop an understanding sun salutations, standing and seated postures through detour sequences to build a well-rounded and supported practice. Focus will shift monthly to give students a chance to enjoy each exploration.

Options will be offered to support students working through change and challenge.
