Nadi Shodhana is also known as Intermediate series or Second series and is deeply cleansing and nourishing for the nervous system. Deep backbends, leg behind the head and forearm balance are some of the peak poses from this dynamic and fun series.

Move through Intermediate series with synchronized breath and traditional counted vinyasa to develop stamina, discipline and understanding.


Can't make it to the Live classes? Sessions will be recorded and posted on a private portal for registrants to use between sessions.

Guided Meditation Series

Returning Fall 2021 

Meditation has been used for thousands of years to focus the mind and calm the spirit. Each session will begin with a teaching moment to anchor the practice. Next, students take a comfortable position, lying down (yes, you can lie in your bed if you want!), lounging on a couch/chair or in a seated comfortable position and the teacher will talk and guide you through a meditation technique, finishing with a short Q & A.

By the end of this 4 week session you will have experience with different guided meditation techniques to manage stress, increase calm and support your wellness that you can practice on your own.

Yogi Cleansing Practices - Level 1 


Sunday April 11, 2021 12pm-1:30pm MST $50 plus GST - Registration Closed 


Learn and practice ancient cleansing and purification techniques practiced by yogis for thousands of years. These practices are gentle yet powerful, and work to clear blockages in the energy channels of the body. What that feels like in your body depends on each individual, but many people express results like mental clarity, clear breathing, increased ability to focus and more openness in their yoga practice. Once you have learned these practices, you will be able to continue at home to care for yourself and deepen your practice.

Once you register you will receive a list of supplies to gather that are easily purchasable from most grocery stores and pharmacies for minimal cost.
